Turnbow will find his way to another team and I think the key to him is getting off to a good start with that team... his image in part makes people make pretty quick judgements on him and he doesn't want to get into a situation where he isn't liked and I think its key to get to a team where he can build his confidence up&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But he has no future with the crew for the reasons stated&lt;/p&gt;
