&lt;p&gt;But overall, Sabathia is pitching incredibly efficiently -- he's averaging fewer than 14 pitches per inning and averaging more than 8 IP per start.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As far as pitches go, you can't get much better than that.&lt;/p&gt;
