&lt;p&gt;I think you're 100% correct about Zduriencik's personnel skills and his potential for success in Seattle.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;He will have the safety net of a big payroll, so we'll see whether it makes a difference.&lt;/p&gt;
