Two Legs Swept Out From Under Milwaukee

Not much to say about the last two legs of the Brewers' long road trip except that I'm thankful they are over.  Florida extended Milwaukee's losing streak to six games by winning the finale tonight 7-2.  All teams go through funks in a season but they sure aren't fun when they happen.

Prior to the game I discussed the Brewers' woes with Adam McCalvy of Brewers.com and Anthony Witrado from the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel on our Baseball Roundtable.  You can hear it HERE.

Ueck and Ned searched for solutions on the Jockey Pregame Show.  That can be found HERE.

I'll see you at Miller Park tomorrow.  Surely home cookin' will cure all.

Boy, there's a lot on the line this weekend. I know it's early, but we can't afford to get swept by the Cards and drop 9 back. On the flip side, wouldn't it be uplifting to sweep St Louis and wreak havoc with the top of the Central Division standings?

My personal prediction though is that we get a series split. But I'll be there Monday night and it sure would be fun to be cheering the team on to a 4-game win streak!
