    Brett's a Jet. A couple of reports are now showing that Brett Favre is now a member of the New York Jets. No mention yet of what the trade involved, but my guess is that it includes a sort of tiered compensation. I'm sure it's probably at least a 3rd round draft choice, but may move up based on Brett's and the teams performance. Personally, I have mixed emotions on this, as I'm sure you all do as well. I am a HUGE Favre fan. I appreciate everything he's done for the Packers. But I am, and always will be first and foremost, a Packers fan. I'm really going to miss him...

    Brett Favre has reportedly signed his paper for reinstatement into the NFL, he just hasn't signed them yet. Why not? Here, let Favre tell you.     The Green Bay Packers report to training camp today, even though the first practice is not until Monday. Players were supposed to report by 7:30 a.m., but Brett Favre was not among them. In a story released on Sports Illustrated's website , Favre said, "I had planned on reporting for the start of Packers training camp Sunday, but Ted Thompson asked if I would give him a couple of days to try to get the situation resolved.
