Journal Sentinel reported today that Mo (I'm not really a point guard but I played one on the Bucks because I liked how free Larry Harris was with Herb Kohl's money) Williams underwent successful thumb surgery this week and will be recovering for six weeks. There is no truth to the rumor that Mo's thumb was broken by ex-Bucks coach Larry Krystkowiak to keep Mo from shooting in the first 10 seconds of the offense.
While news that Mo's thumb is OK must be quite a relief to Bucks fans, it does beg one question: Who even knew his thumb was broken?
What happened to the pubic symphisitus, that "abdominal injury" that kept Mo out of so many games down the stretch?
