3/23 SportsBubbler.com Fan of the Week

Welcome to a feature on SportsBubbler.com where we shine the light on you, the Wisconsin sports fan. Every week we will feature a new die-hard WI sports fan.

Hey Dan, how do you win such a prestigious award? Simple -

1. You are nominated by a fellow user on this site.

How do I nominate someone? Send me an e-mail dan@sportsbubbler.com and explain in 100 words or less, why that user should win the award.

What if I'm not a regular contributer to SportsBubbler? First off, why not? Secondly, yes you can win. Here's how -

2. You submit a photo of yourself at a game/tailgating/playing softball etc. to dan@SportsBubbler.com

What do winners get? Bragging rights and the highly coveted SportsBubbler.com "You'll never be bored at work again" T-Shirt.

Without further ado, I present to you the "SportsBubbler.com Fan of the Week"

Username: RobertJ44
Real name: Robert Seymour (known to my Milwaukee ball playing buddies as Bobby)
Favorite WI Team? Packers
Most hated team? Vikings/Bears tie; I lived in Milwaukee most of my life, now live in Minny, couldn't exclude the Bears it wouldn't be right.
Overrated WI team: Badger Football every pre-season
Under-appreciated WI team: Badger Football every bowl-season
Favorite SportsBubbler poster/commenter? CheeseCityFan - Packer board. Radio Silence - Brewer board, though I have a soft spot for Era of Ted;)
Least favorite SB poster/commenter? Too many to list ,I'm sure the feelings mutual (same can be said for favorite). Cheezer and Ace you know I love ya;)
Favorite Radio or TV Announcer? Uek
Most annoying TV Radio announcer? Way to lob one in/ Ron Santo
Off-topic – Favorite Band/Artist: Collective Soul

Why SportsBubbler?
Lively, intelligent, discussions (for the most part). Couldn't go through a baseball season living up here without the Brewer Game Day Threads.

Favorite Wisconsin Sports Moment? My Dad (God rest his soul) took me to my first Packer game, at County Stadium November 12th 1967 vs Browns (55-7 Packer victory). Travis Williams returned two kickoff's for TD's, if the Browns would have scored again he would have had three. Donny Anderson (uh #44) had a great game, the Pack went on to win the Ice Bowl and Super Bowl that season. I was 12, I know Tank (I'm old).

What player did you idolize growing up? I'll give you my Mount Rushmore (a great Bubbler thread/topic) Matthews, Aaron(uh#44), Starr, Hornung (I'm too old to include Favre Tank).

What does the man look like behind the name? The picture is my daughter and I overlooking Winona, Fall 2008.

Congrats and enjoy the T-shirt!
