6'9' Darius Morrow

Jim, any insight on Darius Morrow. Supposedly he was released of his LOI with S. Carolina and has narrowed, for next year, to MU, ECU and Auburn. 6'9' and 250 pound power forward/center. How does he rate compared to Otule and do you think this would be a good pickup,

Gee, thanks for the advice, Abe....I never would have thought of that. I have only heard rumors of such a wonderful tool from my good friend Al Gore.

Crackedsidewalks.com had a couple of links in which he indicated he had narrowed his choices to include MU. Apparantly he was also not thrilled with how the new coach at South Carolina handled the transition which prompted him to ask for his release. He indicated MU held potential for him as it would offer immediate playing time to a player that can play with his back to the basket....something MU has been sorely missing.
