What bothered me most about this draft

Was trading the pick to the Vikings so they could move up and take Josh David Booty.

This could come back to bite us for years to come.  I was much more comfortable with Tarvaris Jackson or Bollinger as their QB.

Agreed.  It has 'history' written all over it.

But as a GM I suspect you treat it as numbers and draft slots and do what is right for your team.

Part of me thinks if the USC QB gets to round 5 there must be a reason.

who is to say that Booty wouldn't have been there for the Vikings at their original draft slot if the trade hadn't gone through?  3 QB's went after Booty in RD 5 and all three went after the #150 pick the vikings  traded to the Pack. Dixon went to Pitts as a "slash type player, they had no interest in booty.  TB drafted yet another QB (Josh Johnson) they must have 7 on their roster now you probably will be able to get him off the waiver wires eventually.  Ainge went #162 (Packers pick originally lol) to the jets.  Booty may have fell into the 6th round had the vikes not taken him when they did.

Since when do the GB Packers base their draft choices on what the Queens MIGHT do?

    N-word puh-leeze!!!

If you can meet with triumph and disaster
and treat those two imposters just the same
