    Jeronne Maymon

    Nothing against the kid, but...

As much as I would have been thrilled to get him after the state tourney, please tell me the talk of a scholarship opening up somewhere along the line has NOTHING to do with Maymon.  Good. God.

Yeah.... I guess that answers the question of why Ryan didn't bother pursuing him.  Can you say "CANCER"?  It would be HILARIOUS to listen to a recruiting conversation on the topic of playing time and style of offense between Bo and old man Maymon.... I wonder if that ever occured?

Hopefully this jobber doesn't wear off on Vander Blue.

Too bad Bo couldn't have gotten this kid for our team. He's gonna be a really good one for another team, not ours. Bo could have coached this kid to a berth on the All Big Ten team. Too bad a potential star got away from us. But then again, I like the fact that guys on our team stay for all four years and get their degrees instead of leaving early for the NBA.

Bo COULD have gotten this kid on his team.... he chose not to.  They were practically begging for an offer from UW.

It's called "integrity", Jim.... some coaches/programs preach AND practice it.... and some don't.  Don't fret, your Badgers are in good hands.

You sound like the guy who bad mouths the head cheerleader because she wouldn't date you. No reason to attack me just because I don't always tow the party line about our pride and joy the Wisconsin Badgers led by the man we all trust to do what's right for our program. I trust Bow.

LOL.... Where did I attack you?

BTW - I actually dated the head cheerleader for awhile in HS....  But I can't say cheerleaders are really my type.  She was a naughty girl, though.

Sure you did. Probably only in your mind while you were playing with Skippy.

Obviously you didn't read the linked article...  This kid does NOT fit the Badger organization at all.  Making demands that the team runs it's offense through you in order to sign?  That goes against everything UW basketball and Bo Ryan stand for.

"“Schools will need to match what Baylor and Iowa State are offering in order to get Jeronne. He is not redshirting and he is not coming off the bench."

haha... I wonder why Bo didn't see him as a good fit?  Cancer is right.
