Soup struggling immensely.  Walks the pitcher... already up to 47 pitches.

    Heading to the third inning...

Hello. Wish all of your mom's and lady's a Happy and Healthy Mother's Day will ya....  :)

We enter the 3rd inning here at Miller 'Thriller' Park.

    Brew Crew 2  Card  0...

Tight strike zone so far. A HBP and BB runners came around to score for the 'Crew on Corey Hart's ringing double...

    Adam Kennedy singles here.

Suppan looks like ....well, Suppan early on. Three walks in one inning that did not score.

Tight strike zone by this umpire...

"If you get to the playoffs, yeah, you've done your job," acting manager Dale Sveum said. "But if you lose in the playoffs, you didn't finish the job."

Suppan is a disaster ready to happen today. Walks, Kennedy getting a hit, Poo hole getting walked moving a runner into scoring position.  All this after an inning where he walked the bases loaded.

    Look Out!!!

Pujhols is up and they are trying to pitch him inside and out and work the corners...

Suppan's pitch count is way up here.

Walks Albert...I smell a big inning against Suppan here. He is just not a good pitcher to me. Can't throw strikes consistently and does not have an real 'out pitch' and he throws a lot of balls that are hit hard.

His pace also is too slow and deliberate...

Our defense has improved so him being a predominately ground ball pitcher does not hurt us so much with our keystone combo has turned a lot of DP's and has vastly improved thus far this year.

But still a feast or famine pitcher.

Strikes out Ludwick here....on a nasty sinker!

Two outs runners on first and second.

Another walk! Sooner or later, these walks will catch up to Soup.

Why did Prince cut that throw off? I guess it was a smart play early in the game to give up the run to get the out in that situation.

But that throw looked on target after that screaming base hit to Corey. He got it on one hop and made a good throw.

They would have had him at the plate! Pujhols has not had a good day on the bases....Nice throw from right by Corey!

Good play by Prince, Suppan dodging bullets,  given up only two hits.

Soup will be done after 5.  We will definitely need a bunch more runs today.

    What does that mean?

Did you go? If he did, and you did not it says more about you then him.

Braun jacks #6. Now why couldnt he do that with men on base!?
