    How Would you Feel if the Brewers take Scheppers with their first pick?

    Apparently his first diagnosis was not accurate. No stress fracture, but .... Questions still remain, but he is likely a top 5 talent who could be in Milwaukee next year (if this injury isn't something chronic). This is a tough call. Because they have so many picks early in the draft I would pull the trigger if he is there.

    Pass. Let a big market team take him. They can throw around wads of cash to cover up mistakes.

    How big of a risk is it if he has a minor problem that is not chronic. Which is what I am reading and hearing from some good sources. The early report about a stress fracture was simply wrong. Is he more of a risk as a two pitch reliever who turns out to be a one pitch pitcher and useless. The reason guys are relievers often is because they have reasonable command of a couple plus pitches, and lack command of others.

    Perhaps I should clarify. I wouldn't mind them taking him with one of their later picks but no way do I take him with their first. Too risky imo.

    He'll likely be gone to a big market before the Crew gets their 2nd pick.

      If healthy, he is the best prospect in this draft - You take him because with the number of picks they have the reward is five times the risk.
