I have read several source this morning claiming that the Cubs and Yankees have essentially set contract terms with Kelly. I have to believe that it violates some MLB rule or set of agreements.
Finally now I am prying the Brewers take Kelly 3 spots ahead of the Cubs (1) because I think he is a great SS prospect and (2) because I want the Cubs to get screwed.
