Im saying Cameron should go to the minors for awhile not full time.  Anyways I like TGJ better as a number two hitter than Cameron any day of the week.  Cameron sucks right now and may suck forever

To be proven wrong should be celebrated for it is elevating someone to a new level of understanding and awareness

No!  JJ did a good job at #2 last year and should be there now, drop Cameron down to #7,and #6 against a lefty

You can not send Cameron or Hall to the minors. There's rules against that in the CBA.

Tony Gwynn Jr. will make the current Mike Cameron look like Reggie Jackson.

Said the man who told me not to let my hatred for Weeks cloud the facts!  If this isn't an overexaggerated hate filled comment I don't know what is.  Gwynn has never played consistently in a MLB line up.

So, in all honesty, there's some that would like him to get the same opportunity that Weeks has been given to see if he's as terrible as Rickie or not and there's some that look at Gwynn and see the same thing I see when I look at Weeks - a guy who tries hard but just plain stinks.

Thus far, compared to Weeks and the amount of rope he's been given, we cannot make a solid determination on Gwynn.  Minor league stats don't mean squat at the MLB level.......just ask Russell The Muscle.  Gwynn may suck like Rickie or, given the same amount of consistent playing time, he may hit, run, and defend better than Rickie.  But, let's not make predetermined judgements based on our hatred of a player - let's at least give him as many opportunities as the infamous Rickie Weeks.

    I don't hate Tony Gwynn.

I just think he would look better in a Padres jersey.
