Yeah, I know--another Favre thread, but hear me out.

I think I "get" some of what makes 'ol Brett tick:  he's got an "addictive personality."  Remember, he got hooked on Vicodin and had to give that up in '96.  He wound up subsitituing alcohol for pills and had to give that up in '99.  The fix for him after that was football and the attention that came from it.  I believe what we're having now are withdrawl symptoms from the other "fix" in his life.  Maybe we ought to get him to a twelve-step program?
