Where's Mo Williams and Charlie Bell hiding this summer?

Some where working out and getting ready for next season I hope.

I think the Bucks are going to be a better team with some of these new signings. I guess I"ll go out and get season tickets soon.

Left to wonder though are the Bucks going to keep Mo?

I think Mike, Mo, CV, and Bell will be on the team next season, because they all play a huge piece in our success, it's the chemistry thing that must be worked out and I believe Skiles, and Hammond with our good assistant coaches they will learn to gel, everybody's attitude has to be WE WANT TO WIN not I we WIN as a team and lose as a team, WE LIVE by the TEAM and DIE by the TEAM, that's what is going to create chemistry, Here's the other problem, everyone can't be the leader, Mo is not, CV is not, RJ doesn't want to B, Bogut's attitude could keep him from it, he needs to have an anger problem against the opposing team not your team, just be critical to team mates meaning if they're not doing what was taught, get on them but credit them for handling they're business all the time show them you're not there only to discourage but to encourage, and that goes for every player.

Look at how aggressive KG is, or lets go back to how Jordan was, he can be your friend but if you're not doing what was taught it will be your butt.

So my picks for leaders are DMase on the bench and on the floor and Mike Redd, and Bogut

how does Bell play a huge role in success?  A below average dime a dozen NBA player

If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice

So on the first quote, YOU NAMED 3/5ths OF THE STARTING LINE UP, no shoot they are going to be a huge part of our success, could you name a 3 guys in a starting line up in the NBA who are not a big part of a teams success?

Next quote, YOU NAMED ALL THE LEADERS OF LAST YEARS TEAM, the locker room was the worst in the NBA.  How does naming last years captains, and a role player going to help anything.  What your going to see is RJ, who is a stand up guy take Redds Spot,  I know you guys hated him because he didn't come into millwaukee for awhile, but hey atleast he showed.

I disagree that Bell is a average dime a dozen player. I am not one of his extreme fan either. I actually got to meet him in person last season and it changed my perspective of him. He works extremely hard.

A winning team needs a syngerizing force or chemistry to bring them together. When the Bucks signed Rich Jeffferson they gained a tiny bite of respect back from me. I really think this team has a chance of chasing greatness and possibly become a top contender in the NBA finals. Rich has a huge following. He's real uptempo and a awesome scorer. The leadership will be split between Rich and Redd. I am not against rotating starting Bell and Williams either. Mo has his nights. He's not always good.
