Not a Single Vote for UW in New AP Poll

i hate polls, especially pre-season polls, but UW didn't receive a single vote.  I think not being in the spotlight or having high media expectations put on the team, this will help the team deal with the Blue incident and move forward.

First time since at least '02 that UW hasn't received at least some votes during the pre-season.

Can you blame the pollsters--UW has a couple capable guards coming back but the big front-line players appear to be very weak!  I would be surprised if UW won half their Big Ten games and don't expect an NCAA bid.

I'm sorry, but they don't deserve a vote.  They are not one of the top 25 teams in the country.

Now can that actually be qualified as a "prediction?"  LOL.

You wasted 4 pages of online memory discussing if my statement regarding Wisconsin football was an actual prediction or not.  LOL.

....and not one of the top 40 teams as they didn't even receive a single vote.  I like the fact nobody is expecting Bucky to do much this year and being able to pull off some surprises although with Bo, not many teams will ever take UW lightly.

You and him waste a boatload of space and destroy good threads.  I think it was pretty well established that you did not predict anything.  You drew a line that was more about your tolerance level of where they "should" be.  Of course, you set the bar pretty high too.  10-2, right?

Sifting past your garbage is becoming bothersome.  Perhaps someone should do something about it.

i agree, please start a thread called 'predictions'.  This will solve everything....or at least confine it to that thread lol
