Quick off topic question.  Who was the most overrated team at the beginning of the season?

Maybe Ole Miss.

They are a good team.  I just don't like USC.  They are babied by the system.  They will probably move up in the polls even after losing.  I could never figure out how they were ranked ahead of LSU this season after LSU beat the team that beat them.  

 USC's defense is supposed to be so NFL-like?  They gave up over 600 yards to Oregon.

This is the huge flaw in college football.  Northern Illinois is now better than Ohio St because they beat Purdue.  Nothing is solved until a playoff system is put together and teams actually play each other.  To be honest, I dont think one team can rightfully claim a national championship ever.  There is too much bias in the voting.  There is no neutrality in the bowl game sites.  It really is a joke.

To me the only team with an impressive win all season is probably Boise St over Oregon.  That's it

Just like I said.  USC.

Boise State.  I'll give them the Oregon victory at home on the first week of the season.  But since then and throughout the end of the season, they play Wisconsin's non-conference schedule.  I'm not buying them ranked where they were and where they are.

Also, TCU - in the Mountain West?  I go to San Diego State games.  It just shouldn't be.

We definately need a playoff.  Neither Boise State or TCU beat the big boys twice in a row.  One game maybe, but not twice in a row.

I was at the game, and about the only complaint I have is David Gilreath. I haven't read this whole thread, but Im sure he was brought up a few times. He is even worse in person, good God. A guy in the row behind me said he's a waste of a scholly. I wouldn't go that far, but man is he terrible returning kicks.

We saw a guy walking around Madison wearing an Ohio State hoodie Halloween night. A guy I was with said, "he must be going as a retard for Halloween." Easily the highlight of the trip.
