You think this is a fight Scott?  Ha...kinda shows your mentality doesn't it?  You really need to put some different boxers on, wipe the cookie crumbs off your chin...and get some real sunlight.

Normal men see "alternative lifestyles" when looking at that picture. Other men see career inspiration.

What is it, exactly, that you think I'm afraid of Dude?

You are a lifelong Packer fan and all it takes is two bad owners and some bad football to make you not a fan of them anymore.  You're a pansy if this is true and not an act that you just play on here.

The team and player I chose to back are 7-1 and there is no confusion for me.  Life is great.  Redemption for Favre is great....watching you suckers try to figure out what happened is even better.  I flipped...you guys flopped.

    Flopped = male personal trainer.

Dude the difference is this guy that wears #4. When he's done I'll be back whether you like it or not. Like so many before you I doubt you'd call me a  pansy or a coward to my face.

Mr. Semantic aka Pudge wants to go back to the future, he misses the old JSOnline ad nauseam.

I'll call you one now, and I'd call you a coward to your face. You'd resort to violence, and that would prove nothing.

Scott...should I be embarrassed of my picture and my website that I put up on the internet?  I mean what is your point?  If I put my real name on my posts...doesn't that kind of show you I don't care?

Also am I supposed to be ashamed of owning a personal training business in Chicago?  Just because you can't take words in a forum....don't assume I'm as insecure and weak as you.

    Dane_Setner:
I just thought it was time to write a post that gives these men...Thompson, Murphy, and McCarthy the credit they deserve since the national media has been so hard on them since 2008.  Everyone can finally be in agreement...Favre is washed up, Aaron is a winner, the Packers are going in the right direction, McCarthy is a great coach and strategist, Thompson is going about it the right way...through the draft, and that Murphy was right...they have Crossed the Rubicon.  I hope you TRUE PACKER FANS are sure happy.  I know I am.

I WAS a huge Packer fan.  I'm sure many of the posters can remember my posts from years back.  Ted Thompson/McCarthy/Murphy have killed any love I have for the Packers.  What is actually funny is reading the posters on here (like Gravedigger for example) who go on and on about being True Packer fans.  He is just a moron that follows whatever his beloved Packers do..no matter who is in charge.  Being a great fan...does not mean you shouldn't have opinions...that you don't have a right to disagree with the direction the team is heading.

Compared to those bozo's TT and M&M(who would have taken any NFL position if offered) Favre was a true Packer.  He wanted to be here ...he wanted to finish his career as a Packer...but Thompson and his iron fist approach changed that.

As for McCarthy...I lost all respect for him when he jumped on board the bash Favre team.

But Favre was the catalyst.  He was the ONE. And the rest is history.

Yes...Thompson and McCarthy and Murphy...ruined the joy of cheering for the Packers for me.  But it's been replaced by watching Favre do his thing in Minnesota.  Plus..I will still be cheering for Favre in Minnesota when McCarthy and Thompson will have been replaced in Green Bay.....count on that.

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I remember you dane.  But I don't remember all of the - as tex used to say: "foolish, idiotic, ANTI-Packer, wrongheadedness" that you are spewing right now on this thread. You're a Favre fan; good for you - that is clear from your posts.  Can you have an opinion on here contrary to the rest, sure, but yours has gone way beyond what any normal, self respecting, dedicated Packer fan would say.

Maybe the position you have taken is justified in your mind, but you are NOT the only poster on here who doesn't like the direction the team has taken.  The difference is most loyal, self respecting Packer fans on here are not going to abandon the team because we don't like what TT has done or hasn't done, or the way MM has coached or the way the Favre saga went down. No, we can complain and b!tch about it as much as you but we WILL NEVER abandon the team! Maybe in your eyes it's OK to cross the line and become a Favre fan (or worse a Vikings fan) because you disagree with the handling of the team by TT, MM, Murphy et. al.

Spin it dane because that's all it is, you and your hurt feelings for one player and not the team and organization that he played for nor the team and organization that will continue on despite the whining of a few NEVER Fans who come on here and loudly proclaim "I WAS a Packer fan but".  My reaction is who cares...

You think in the future you'll just be able to cross back over that line and become a Packer fan again when it suits you. Sorry, it doesn't work that way...
