Rubio won't sign. They traded a sleeper in Calathes. They didn't address their lack of a SG (no, Ellington is not an answer).

+1, how do you go through a draft pick 4 PG's?

I know they traded one but damn

Than why would you piss off rubio by drafting a pg right behind him

Re: Draft winners and losers

Carmichael17:

Round 1: Brandon Jennings (10)

Round 2: Jodie Meeks (41)

Analysis: The Bucks went into rebuilding mode this week when they shipped Richard Jefferson to the Spurs for expiring contracts. So if they're going to lose for a little while, why not swing for the fences with a player who could be really special?

Jennings is a terrific athlete, is super quick and can score like crazy. He needs to get stronger, work on his jump shot and settle down a bit, but he has the tools to be great if he wants to be.

Meeks doesn't have the physical tools Jennings does, but he's a crafty scorer who can light it up when given the chance.

The Bucks' future now rests with young players like Andrew Bogut, Joe Alexander and Jennings. It might take Jennings a little longer to realize his potential, but if he does, the Bucks hit a home run.

Re: Draft winners and losers

U SEE HOW NOBODY IS COMMENTING ON THIS?
Clips- Blake is going to be a impact player

Wolves- They screwed the Bucks when they went after another PG in Flynn- Rubio was a great pick-they obviously were going BAP and this kind of screwed the Draft. How this works out i don't know, but they got great quality in this draft.

Spurs- They stole RJ for cap relief and then got Blair in round 2- Wonder why they are penciled in as title contenders every year.

Losers-

Bucks- They said this draft was 10 deep -but forgot to mention that Holliday had a shoulder issue- It couldn't have worked out any worse for the Bucks- enter a major project in Jennings- what about Sessions and you still have Ridnour? This guy is a terrible shooter and plays no defense. You got a cocky athletic kid -great! I would have rather gotten the role player Hansbrough, but that would have taken some balls. Then they took a not great shooting chucker who has no athleticism (BUT NICE POINTS PER GAME ON A BAD TEAM) and took Meeks. This Draft was a awaste and people like WiscoK that criticized Hammonds- "I had no plan" were right. Hammonds is a joke! He is the hank Raymonds of GMs -great #2, but a bad #1. Kohl - you need to sell this team - you suck and your fan base will be null next few years. I wouldn't even pay the $2 people were selling tickets for on craigslist to watch this team.
