    Big Ten Network

I live in Austin and we have Time Warner down here also.  Any word on the BTN/TWC battle?  I know Comcast has signed on so that leaves TWC.  I emailed TWC last week and their policy is to respond within 72 hours but of course they never responded.  I'm thinking of switching to AT&T U-verse becuase of this but I can't watch HD on both my TV's then which between my roommate and I happens almost 24/7.

I've got Time Warner and was upset last year for football and basketball season. Its easier to go to the bar and see the football game but for the 15+ basketball games I missed, it wasn't as easy. I was ranting all last fall to time warner and of course nothing happened. My dad was so pissed he switched over to U-verse, and comparing the 2, the programming and HD selection/quality is stellar and just dwarfs Time Warner's weak selection. BUT, I feel your pain with the multiple TV problem, that's the only drawback. Hopefully they fix that in the near future.

I'll be checking into the BTN issue here in Milwaukee.

I live in the Twins Cites and have Charter and there appears to be no resolution in sight.  This is going to drag on forever.

Well it looks like TWC aren't really willing to negoiate with the BTN....but the BTN and Charter are hopeful a deal can get done.

Here's my question...Did BTN know ahead of time that they were going to have this much trouble getting onto cable/satellite providers? It's getting ridicules.

My cable provider here has had it from the first day they went on the air...THANK GOD. I think I missed a total of 3 football and basketball games combined.

I have Directv and would not switch to anything else... you get the most channels in HD, get NFLN, NHLN, BTN, and NBA TV... plus you have acces to any sports package imaginable.

Some of us who rent can't get Directv or Dish Network because management won't allow it.

Now that Comcast and Time Warner got deals done, its time for Charter to get on board.
