    PSU v Wiscy

I have real worrisome feelings about this game against PSU.  Those PSU DE's, Maybin, Gaines, Evans, they may permanently injure the Wiscy QB.  PJ Hill has great success running inside.  Do you see what they have inside?  Odrick, Ogbu et al???  And the PSU offense was on cruise control last week versus Purdue.  They gave about a 50% effort.  They may light up Camp Randall like Baghdad a few years back.  I think I'll stick to the tailgate and suck down some Miller Lites and brats.

You're gonna suck down some brats huh, interesting.

The badgers will have not chance to win the game if AE contiunes to play way he has!If, anyone needs to play more that is Clay....I liked the way he ran the ball against OSU.
    You bet ya!

Big Dee, I think you are wrong.  Wiscy wants a payback for what happened in Happy Valley last year.  Night game, national TV, Camp Randall will be rockin'.  Plus, the way PSU played last week against Purdue was uninspired at best.  Another effort like that equals a big W for Wiscy.

Wisconsin will have to play inspired football to beat Penn. State. The Nittany Lions will bring their A game to Camp Randall saturday you can count on that. We'll see if the coaching staff commits to mix the offense up a bit. Maybe employ the shotgun a bit to give deer in the headlights AE a little more time to throw. Maybe we'll see Clay more as well, and maybe some 3 tight ends sets, and way more play action passes. Also maybe a few post routes to spread the defense and keep them honest may be in order as well. We need to practice screen passes too..haven't seen a real good one for some time now. If its more of the same as in the Mich, and OSU games we can expect the same results. On defense missed tackles and missed assignments will spell disaster, and hopefully the coaches will be better in their time management of the game.

No way will UW win. They are completely outmatched. PSU is for real. They have some serious weapons on offense that will just kill our defense. When I first found out I wont be able to see the game, I was pretty upset but now Im relieved.

    PSU 31

    UW 17

that's right on any given night anything can happen, but outside of RB and MAYBE our LB's, I'm' trying to find out where UW has an advantage and I can't seem to find any.  PSU knows that they will have to have a better performance than what they had at Purdue, but unless UW plays a game that has yet to be seen yet, I can't envision them winning this game.

    PSU 45

    UW 24

I tend to agree with the posters that have predicted a PSU victory. We don't have much of a track record for finishing games and our predictability on offense as well as lapses on the defense have been our achilles heel so far. Less than stellar performances by our coaches have added to the problems as well.

But, in College Football you have to beleive that pride still matters and in this game I have a funny feeling the Badger players feel this way as well. So, I am going out on a limb and say the final score is,

Wisconsin 28 Penn. St 24. Look for John Clay and Beckum to have big games! .... and no I haven't been sniffing glue.

Not that this really matters, but several (at least 10) sports services are giving out the badgers as either their big 10 or NCAA game of the year tomorrow.  I also like the spot, but $$ stay in pocket when it comes to betting on badgers/packers.
