#17 matt has already won, so another would be great ,especially with the new chase rules, he was the one that caught a little flak when he won,

also # 98 paul menard from eau claire would be cool, even i don't like their stores   LOL

and the prediction for todays race      is    Kevin Harvick.

It's interesting that Daytona didn't sell out until a few days ago. I thought they would have been sold out a long time ago.

I am happy for matt, after the season he had last year, he needed this start to this season.

I read this morning that they just did sell out, right before the start of the race. by slashing ticket prices. the economy plays no favorites to any venue.

I wish Earnhardt and vickers would get their feud worked out, before they race again. this is getting stupid.

Way to go, Matt!!!!! But, I do wish they would have raced all the laps!

I wouldn't put the whole blame on Earnhardt. They were both idiots on that one. Vickers really had no reason to be blocking like that at that point of the race. Earnhardt was a moron for wrecking him and a good portion of the field. I had Kyle Busch in a pool so I was especially ticked off at those two!

I agree, they both can share this one,  the only reason that I can buy into at this time of the race, was the rain, they both were going for the next one to get on the lead lap or lucky dog.   but all in all their stupidity cost some good cars some points.

Yeah, those two took out a number of drivers including Edwards and McMurray. both were running well, not to mention  the driver who led the most laps. I guess that's racing, but it doesn't seem right when it's your car that gets bumped out of the race.

I do to, but they made the right decision, the rain never let up till mon morning.. I dont know if they ever red flagged a daytona 500 and resumed the next day.
