    2010 Recruiting Class

According to Rivals, Wisconsin has the 10th best recruiting class in the nation. The only problem is that there are 3 Big Ten teams ahead of them. Ohio State #1 Illinois #3, and Purdue #9. Probably early list, but promising nonetheless with Anderson and Vander Blue coming in.

I am very excited about Vander Blue.  I watched him whenever we played memorial, and he really has speed and talent.  He'll be very, very good

Yes, I'm excited for the 2009 class as well.  It sounds like Bruesewitz is going to be much better than scouts expected as he continues to impress and Diamond Taylor is one of the top players in the state of Illinois.

Vander Blue didn't for sure sign yet.  He's actually looking back at his options and taking marquette into more consideration from what has happen over the pass two years between these bball teams.  But yes, vanderblue is a very exciting player but doesnt get all the attention he probably deserves because of Marquette recruit Jerrone Maymon.

Wrong, and if he looked at these programs over the last two years, it would not even be comparable.  Wisconsin is one of a few programs that consecutive 30-win seasons and Crean left MU for the Big 10 bottom feeder, Indiana, lol.  The Badger won more conference titles, more NCAA tournament games, and got to #1 in the country.  Marquette got 1 tournament win and a new coach.

I WAS BUDDY and im srry we dont get to play in the big ten.  we are soo lucky we dont have to face iowa or northwestern.  we just have to face crappy teams like connecticut, gorgetown, notre dame, and syracuse.

So what's your excuse for the NCAA tournament?  Especially when you get whipped by the Big 10?

I would just stick with "we won the last 2 years"

Is that seriously your only respnse.  I'm not even going to waste my time talking to this person.  Your going with info from a whole different marquette team.  And idk if this would of made a difference but mcneal was injured. Ya, the guy who scored 26 on the badgers.nough said

I've brought up 30-win seasons, #1 ranking, conference titles, conference tournaments, and NCAA tournament wins and you ask me if what's my only response?  So far, all you can talk about is beating Wisconsin in non-conference because MU's program has nothing to speak of other than head-to-head against Wisconsin over the last 5 seasons... and even with losing the last 2, they have split 2-2 and 3-3 over the last 4 and 6 matchups respectively.

....seems you forgot Rutgers, Seton Hall, Depaul, Cincinnati, South Florida, and St. Johns.  Looks there are more cupcakes in the big east then you can admit to.

those are all good teams.  rutgers and south florida both gave pitt a run for there money as i recall.  they would contend in the big ten.
