    No boners today

I thought Bielema had a pretty good day, no glaring mistakes. Took out Gilreath when it appeared he was having concentration issues. Got back to basics after that one series when they went 3 & out after pass, pass, pass. Having a good game from bowling Ball (good one einie) helped.

Should not have been so tight, but Indiana is making progress with their program IMO too, so all in all, good job.

(this is for baumer in case he is reading) It is really nice to see the effectiveness our offense has on 3rd down this year.

Indiana was not to be taken lightly and their record is not indicative of their team.  They are certainly the hard luck team this year in the BT.

Was impressed with Ball......with Clay out, UW didn't lose a step.

I know they are tight lipped about injuries, I'm assuming Clay suffered a concussion?

In the postgame presser, BB said it was a "mild concussion." He didn't comment on his status for next week but I have a feeling he'll be fine. Just one of those things were you don't want him to get hurt worse so they played it safe.

Seemed like he went back in for a while after the injury, yes?

Yes, but in very limited action. They pretty much gave Ball the ball- and he had a ball!

Yeah Ball's really good, thankfully good enough to put Brown on the bench ,more or less, for good.

Brown saw action too. He had 2-3 carries. Did pretty well.

See, that wasn't hard. Now, feel free to note issues. P.S. Wins by Purdue over UM and OSU. Perhaps a reevaluation of our dominance against them is needed. :)
