Work it Bucks Work it! ~ By MilwaukeeBucksBackOnTheWinningTrack aka...me.

Work the pick and pop, work the screen and roll, work the motion offense, work it in the low post, work it on the fast-break! Lets go!

I say, Work it, Work it, Work it!

Work at game time, work it at practice, work it in the film room, work it in your heart, work it our in your mind, work it out in strength and conditioning!

To coach Skiles I say, work it in your game plan, work it in pre-game preparation work it in your player rotations, work it on the sideline, and work it out on the officials! (LOL..)

To GM Hammond I say, work it in player evaluations, work it with your scouting staff, work it in future deals, work it on the Farmer's Insurance Post Game Show on Thursdays! Work it, work it work it!!!

To 'Squad 6' I say work it! To Young Money I say, keep working it young Buck! To Bogut I say work it out in the post, work it out on the free throw line! To Jodie Meeks I say take your shots and work it, to assistant coach Kelvin Sampson I say on it with Brandon and work it, to the Bucks supporting cast I say work it, work it work it!

To Bucks fans join us at the BC to work it! To make some noise and get on our feet...to work it! To the marketing dept I say work it! To Jim and Jon on FSW lets work it! To Ted Davis and Dennis K I say work it!

Work Hard! .....Play Hard!....and LETS WIN WIN WIN!!!!!!

WORK IT OUT....Bucks! Go Bucks Go!
“My main goal is coming out here, making the playoffs, getting my teammates involved and trying to bring the winning back to Milwaukee,” Jennings said. “We have to win. I’m going to do my part and I’m going to try and make sure the team does their part.”

If you would have said "pop-up zone" "yo-yo" "trampoline" and "Land of the Giants", I would have thought this was Jonny Mac.

I've only heard Jonny Mac say "Pop Up Zone" once this year....so far...

He's just too damn excited about the new kid, to remember his favorite Oscar story of the moment...

Bucks and Jonny Mac....a Work in Progress...

I applaud MBBOWT's sentiment. I know it's kind of a shock to the system for most of us to adjust our thinking from "I hope we win 20 this year" to "Hey, this is a winning team." After all, it was less than a month ago when we were just hoping to limp through the year and maybe clear some cap space. Now we're expecting to win every game and damn near doing it.

As fans of a relevant, exciting, Brandon Jennings-led Bucks team, we're all a work in progress. Hell, I'm even turning into a Michael Redd fan again. We could use some scoring punch from the wing.

Yes I do. He overreacts sometimes, as we all do, but it's obvious that he's true blue. Besides, our house has many mansions. And thanks to Brandon Jennings, the property values just went up.

But back to the main point. MBBOWT is right. Now is the time to step it up. All of a sudden we have a competitive team, and everybody needs to change the way they do things to reflect the new reality.

That's why I love Michael Redd again. Now that the bus he's driving has a destination, I think he'll be a lot less reckless and selfish at the wheel.

You're going to have to step up your game, too, Boons. No more Bogut love for the sake of Bogut love. Individual bandwagons have to be kicked to the curb. This is a team now.

I ask you when have i ever not been about the team? you don't see me quitting on them, or taking to a different team when all is not hunky dorre. bs i have to step up my game, i knew bogut was a keeper not a bust and he is, thats one part of a great team, Jennings appears to be the second piece, ersan and prince look like keepers, now fill in the rest.(maybe warrick and rids)   how you guys can put up with the stix and sportsnut2 kind of fair weather fandom is beyond me. step up MY game....please.

You've been more about team than I have, I admit. But that doesn't exempt you from the new reality. All of a sudden we have a potentially contending team. At least for a while, the days of arguing over the relative merits of David Noel and Marcus Haslip are over. Time for all of us to support the team as a team.

Now if we could just get Bobby Simmons back...
