  • Bucks face Lebron, Mo Williams - Cavs look like title contenders; Antonio McDyess; Damon Jones

Image by Jeremy Jannene One could argue that the Phoenix Suns, who defeated the Bucks Saturday, may not be title contenders. I wouldn't but it could be argued, Shaquille O'Neal's age being one talking point. However, if you come across arguments that the Cleveland Cavaliers are not contenders...

  • Bucks trade: Why Williams was a Mo' better fit for Cavs than Michael Redd; plus more Luke video

Who is this guy to the left and what does he have to do with the Mo Williams trade to Cleveland? That's New Jersey Nets GM Kiki Vandeweghe, who instigated the trade that sent the Nets Richard Jefferson to the Bucks for Yi Jianlian and Bobby Simmons. The two events that dictated the Bucks direction...

  • Mo Williams trade: Cavaliers get their shooter - but how did the Bucks do?

Photo Illustration: Jeremy Jannene Mo Williams had to be one happy-go-shooting point guard Wednesday after the Bucks, the Cleveland Cavaliers and Oklahoma City finalized a trade that sent Mo to the Cavs and brought point guard Luke Ridnour from OK City to the Bucks. • Re: Mo Williams to Cavs in a three way.

[quote user="Herbie"] DO YOU REALLY THINK THEY ARE GOING TO KEEP HIM??? I mean, seriously. Regardless of contract, the guy is not only a jag, but also plays the point. We don't need 4 PG's. And especially if the 4th best one is a selfish ass. He was taken to even out the salaries and...

  • Re: Offseason has been terrific (so far).

[quote user="Jtf71961"] Mo had an attitude and if you want your boy Redd to get his points, it wasnt going to be with Mo on the team. Mo wanted to get the points. If you look back Mo and Redd took more than half the shots for the whole team in most games. With Mo on the team, it wasnt going...

The Cleveland Cavaliers' quest for backcourt help for Lebron James continues ... • Re: Mo Williams to Cavs in a three way.

The guy OKC wants is Anderson Varejao. Not sure they are going to agree to being a dump for Cleveland's expirings. I don't think Wally's contract is on the table in this one. OKC just traded Wally last year. No way they'd take it back.

  • Mo Williams to Cavs in a three way.

A league source said the Cavs might be pursuing Bucks point guard Mo Williams. All the details aren’t known, but the Cavs, Bucks and Oklahoma City (formerly Seattle) are reportedly involved. Another scenario would be for the Cavs to offer only expiring contracts for Williams. Forward Joe Smith ($4.8...
